Timer

I am making a database that I need to have employees punch a time clock on different jobs/customers.
Can anyone point me to a timer code with a pause & resume button? I want the timer to start @ "00:00:00" then count up & be able to pause the counter then continue when the resume button is clicked. Then when finished, save the time to the proper customer & employee time card.
Can anyone help?
