timegap between bind and listen

Hi

I have the following problem. My CORBA server attaches to a specific port, but for a couple of minutes it stays in bind state, without starting to listen. The OS is sun solaris, and i am using ORBACUS 3,x. I do not know what can be the problem - everything seems to be ok

Can somebody help me?
