I am trying to run a macro(simple copy and paste a column of values) at a certain time everyday.. Could someone tell me if and how this is possible.. I am not too familiar with VBA, my macro was created by using the record macro icon

You talk about VBA so I take you have not got vb. If you have this could be achieved using the timer control. For a macro in say excel or something else you could try some program for example macroscheduler from
hope this helps
