Time zone on Intutiy Audix

Hi,

i have Intuity system rel 4.4 with old definity si rel 6.
when the caller got his voice mail (from the phone) he recived the coorect time and date.
but, if the message came from pop3 account, the time that shown in the mail is diffrent with 7 hours.
i tried to change few time zone locations, but it always changed the time of the message that hearing from the phone.
the main problem is, that i cant choose the correct location Jerusalem GMT+2,because it doesnt exist.

any idea how to combine the time of the email and the phone... ?????
