Do you know of any good tool to sync the time of several trusted domains, or a simple way to keep them in perfect time synchronisation?

You need an NTP server on your network, or access to one on the Internet. Our Firewall queries an Internet based server and makes it available on the internal interface The DC's use W32time set to sync. from it.

From memory:
net time /setsntp:"ntpserver"
net stop w32time
net start w32time

(Assumning W2K or XP).
Best of luck.
