Time Server

I have a mixed network of NT and 2000 servers. We have NT servers as domain controllers and a large number of 2000 member servers. Due to current projects we are not allowed to upgrade the DC's to 2000.

What I would like to do is implement a time server so all our servers will have the same time.

Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this.
