In my organization we have as mail server MS Exchange 5.5 on NT server and the clients using Outlook express.
One of the clients (win 2K) are configured with 2 email accounts, sometimes one of the accounts (always the same) stop receiving msg (error 0x800ccc19).
To resolve the problem, I logon in the same PC, but using another user, and define in OE the account (the one with the error), and works.
Then I logon with the original user and everything is back to normal.
I would like to know what's causing this behaviour.
