Time of day coverage with multiple users and vm if no answer

I have an Exec AA who wants to have her calls ring 4 times on her phone, then roll to the office manager if she does not answer. Ring four times on the office managers phone then go to the AA's VM. I am thinking of using ToD coverage, and then changing the coverage path to reflect the AA then the office manager, but then how to get to the AA's vm?

If you have coverage after forwarding set to yes or system on the station page of the AA, then the call should cover to the AA's voicemail after ringing the office managers phone 4 times.
 
well i was just told this did not work. Any other thoughts?
 
how about in cov p for exec aa set to cover after 4 rings,
1st point is ext. of office manager, 4 rings, then 2nd point is vdn
vdn goes to a vector with one step
messaging skill XX for ext ZZZZ
xx = messaging hunt group, and ZZZZ = aa's extension...
