How do I format a field for inputing of time values of minutes, seconds and out to one-hundreths of a second? mm:ss.nn

Dan,
What kind of data type are you storing this info into? The standard VFP DateTime type doesn't support anything more than seconds.

Hi Dan,

I need to clarify first. Do you mean to format a textbox field or ..?

I just want to be able to enter times into the file in a format that will allow me to do some slowest to fastest reporting. I guess I can do my formatting in my Crystal reports. didnt know if I have to key it into a field in a certain way that will allow me to enter a 1minute-26seconds.26 in excel I believe the custom format is mm:ss:00

I'm not really understand what you want. But the easy way is use "Character" field type in your table. You can input with any format

10:11:11.23
10:11:12.31

Sorry if I'm not much into help
