Time Force Disconnect 2

We would like to establish a force disconnect of any call with a duration in excess of eight hours on our 81C. We tried setting the TFD timer for one of our routes. The timer worked, but it will not allow us to enter in 28,800 seconds to establish an 8 hour cut-off. Any suggestions? Thanks!

longest timer is 10 minutes.

10 minutes or 3600 seconds, whichever comes last. In other words, it's an hour he means.
