Time difference calulation

I need to calculate the duration from start to end of an event; the start and end cells are DD/MM/YY HH:MM and a straightforward sum(A2-A3) will work if the duration is 23:59 or less.

I need a formula that will work for a period of 24h+.

Any ideas?
