Tiff or DXF,Zoom,Print

Hi everyone,

I am trying to write my first complete program in VB. I want to display a Tif or DXF file in the window on my form, Zoom or cut out a portion of the file and then print it on my hardcopy form. As an added complication I am using VB6 with Win 98 but want to use the program with Win XP. I have the program working using the trial "Imagn'" from Pegasus but I can't afford the cost to purchase. Is there anything else that can achive this task without so much expense.

Any advise appreciated
