Hi Guys

One user is not receiveing Tiff attachments via email in GoldMine when sent from one user who is using Lotus Notes. They do receive tiff attachments when sent from other users as have tested however does not get the attachment when sent from one specific user. Is their a setting which the sender should be enabling in Lotus Notes when sending the email?

Reading Lotus Notes e-mails in GoldMine can be problematic in some instances.

What version of GM are you on, exactly?
