Tickle in outlook

I just migrated 200 users to Outlook from GroupWise. They are happy except they miss the tickle option. In Outlook when you send delayed emails they show up on that day instead of at the top of the list.
Does anyone know of a tool that works like tickle.

When composing the message, select View, Options ...
Then check "Do Not Deliver Before:" and choose when?

That is what I am talking about. When you do that it delivers the message delayed however the message shows up under the sent day not the delivered day. The message date is stamped by the creation time.
