'Thumbs' icon appears in all folders

Hey...

All of a sudden a 'Thumbs' image icon has appeared anywhere where there may be picture files saved. (Desktop, folders etc.)

I haven't changed any settings to show 'hidden' files and not sure if I should delete this or not. It's not a full bright coloured icon, just slightly faded as if it is a hidden file icon...

Any idea what I should do / stop it appearing there...?

Try using System Restore to get back before the problem.
