Warm start - reason 36.

I'm having this problem where my OP11C warm start for absolutely nothing (warm start reason 36). I changed the SSC card as well as the S/W daughterboard (NTTK25), which fixed the problem for a litlle while but then the problem came back. I don't know where to look next... Anyone can help?
