Has anyone found a solution> I too have a need to have a user at location A, go off hook on their multiline phone and have it ring in on 4 different networked Nortel CS1000E. So if location A goes off hook (could be a hotline or they could manually dial a number or have the key programmed as an autodial), the call would ring at locations B, C, D & E. Also, anyone at the other locations could do the same and the call would ring at all locations. For example, location C could go off hook (or dial or autodial or hotline) to locations A, B, D & E. In other words any location makes one call and the call goes to the other four locations.
I can do this with channel banks and bridge cards but I'd like to be able to do this with the Nortel software. By the way, all Nortels are networked using location codes and 8 digit dialing.
thanks
