When I try to send a meeting request (Office XP)from my bosses mailbox (on my PC) I am unable to see Free/Busy info for attendees that are being invited. All names are displayed with "No Information" status.
My PC has just been replaced, but this was not happening when I ran Office 2K from my old PC. No permissions have manually been changed on the Exchange side.
Any ideas?

If you are just getting those gray line bars across the free/busy listing it maybe that the name you are selecting, from I assume your personal address book or Contact, is not being recognized. Have you tried selecting the name from the Global Address List?

Sometimes a change is made to the account (not permission wise but a change to the account such as moved to a different server or alias change, as an example) and updates to the GAL are not automatically updated in a personal address book or contact. If it works from the GAL then you will need to delete the entry and add it back in to your PAB or Contact list. joegz

Thanks for the response joegz. I am selecting names from our Global Address List. I did a check and tried to view the attendees status from MY mailbox and I was able to see the attendees free/busy status. I then switched back to my bosses mailbox and attempted to view free/busy status while doing a meeting request and once again got "No Information" when I listed the attendees. Have you heard of any changes in Permissions when switching from Office 2000 to XP. I was expecting everything to remain (permission wise)as it was before updating Office.
By the way, I found another difference between Office 2K and XP that I need to try to correct. When I print out my bosses calendar, All Day Events are no longer printed as white text on a black background at the top of the day. "All day events" now print out as black text in a bordered box. My boss took a liking to the way the black box / white text stood out in Office 2000. Do you know of a way to set this back to the way it was in Office 2K?
