This must be getting anoying for you, but here are the details of what happens once i have put the code in:

when i now click on the email address in the form view, it comes up withe coding screen stating - compile error, expected end sub

it then highlights the following: Private Sub Contact_Person_email_Click()

what do i do from here?

Any suggestions?

Insert a new line before the next "sub of "function", if there is no other sub/function then insert a new line at the end of the module.
This new line should contain: "End Sub"
