This is annoying!!!! Message resend after deleted.....

Here's the issue.

User 1 has the "notify me when my messages have been read" and "notify me if a user deletes my email without reading it" checked on.

User 1 got an email saying that User 2 had deleted their email without reading it. So User 1 deletes that auto generated email.

The next day User 1 gets the same email resent to them. And not once, but 4 times. Then the next day 2 times. Then the next day 6 times....this continues to happen every day. The same message gets resent to them over and over again.....

Anyone experience this before? Or better yet know a solution?? Technet has nothing.

I would first start by deleting the outlook profile and creating it again. Then checking the "notify me when my messages have been read". I am not sure where you see the "notify me if a user deletes my email without reading it". I don't see that setting anywhere in outlook.
