HI,

I have a user with a thin client from Athena ( Windows CE device connecting to Windows server 2000). This user disconnects every 10 minutes from the network while she is working. She connects to another thin client unit and again gets disconnected after 10 minutes. Someone else connectes to the same unit and it works fine. It do think it is a profile problem. Can someone confirm this and how can I fix it ?

This problem just happened without notice. No recent modifications on the user / the server side.

I did get a response from Microsoft pointing me to the KB articles Q186566 and Q284439 but I am not sure these are applicable because only one particular user is in fault.

Help me please.

Hi Glen,

I did delete the profile and still got disconnected. I wonder if I have to re-install all the TS licences ?
