Hi,
connecting using CSG and no user can see their published applications after logon with SecurID. The window appears blank with the error mesaage:
"There are no published applications are currently available for this user:"
Can you enumerate the applications when you access the web interface without the CSG. Make sure your CSG can communicate with your Citrix servers via port 80 and your STA through 80 or 443 depending on your setup
problem solved. to do with dns registration. our dns had been changed and our ccsg and xml servers had to be resytarted to re-register..... cheers anyways.
