themes XP in VFP 8.0

HI..
i want to know a little about themes XP on VFP is there anyway to make the themes always availaible eventhough i execute the apps in Windows classic style

Hi
I think you are mixing up Window Classic Style View with themes. The Classic style is to show menus etc of windows in traditional style, so that those users who are used to earlier pattern can continue that way. (It is easy to look at familiar places. A new starter will not get affected by this).

Themes is available to VFP8. You can obviously see the recommneded platforms which also has the themes incorporated.


You can set the themes availability to VFP8 applications globaly by using,
_screen.Themes = .t. or .f.


Also read on
SYS(2700) themes property at application level.
Form level using the Form Themes property.
or Themes property at Pageframe level for example.

A higher level turning off, can turn off for all down the level objects.

Yeah Mr. Ramani I had do that but the skin (i mean XP skin) is only works at XP, when i execute the apps in win 98 is become classic again,,hope i can use free skin like VFPskin (wiyh luna themes) but is only work in FVP environment when i compile to become *.exe is not work..many *.prg missing

sorry..
