The Wizard is Unable to Create Your Form

I have been able to create forms in Wizard for each of my 3 tables individually, but I cannot create one form to hold all 3 tables or even 2 tables. I have around 210 fields total in the 3 tables.

You might try compacting the database and reloading it a few times. I've had this same problem with one table making checkboxes.
