We have been replacing most of the older PC's on our domain with new XP Pro boxes. Everything is going well except for one PC. The time keeps dropping back one hour, a little while after setting it to the correct time. The big problem comes when Meeting Requests in Outlook end up being off by an hour. It seems to be a PC clock issue, but I guess anything is possible. Any ideas?

Have you had the battery checked? When the CMOS battery is 'sick' you often see a system clock 'losing time'.

If you leave it longer, does the clock lose more than an hour?

Lozbinator, the PC is brand new, and the time changes by exactly one hour. I would think the time would gradually change if it were the battery. Thanks for the input.

What time zone does the rogue PC think it's in compared with the others?

check if the rogue one has summer time enabled or disabled and check time zone. Almost certainly the problem.
