The snmp is not enable !

The snmp is not enable after pass snmp service in "on".
After click save, he return to "off" position !
What the setting is wrong ?

What SW version?

What i can recall is..
5.0x snmp can be used
5.5x snmp cannot be enabled without license (NMS).

i dont know if this is changed back or still need license in upcoming 6.x
