I getting this in MS Word 97 and there is no problem with disk space

"The save failed due to out of memory space or disk space. > & PATH"

Any ideas?

Are you using Windows 98? If so, go to the Windows\Temp directory and clean out all the .tmp and assorted files. Windows uses that space for temporary memory, and you can get the memory full errors when that directory is full.

Looks like this was a permissions issue, Word was just returning the wrong error code. The user was assigned read only on the document. Changing this seems to have fixed the problem.
