the requested operation has failed 1

after config i try to restart as it says but a box pops up saying the requested operation has failed.
The changes made to config file were listen to 192.168.1.246:8081

doc root C:\apache2triad\htdocs

no i fixed the prob it was wrong doc root but now the control panel wont work ?? plz some one help
