The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched..

Error as below:-
The name could not be resolved. The name could not be matched to a namein the address list. (Appear in Microsoft Outlook user side)

Any suggestion how to troubleshooting and how to identify errors?

"Once the name have been checked and are UNDERLINED then -click OK" -But cannot see the underlined. in Exchange 2000.

Unhide all files on their computer. Search for .nk2 files and delete them with Outlook closed. This will fix the problem.

Still cannot.. Same problem after delete the files..

Check which address books are being used, maybe delete the Outlook profile to be sure.

The obvious question...are you entering a proper user name?
