the name cannot be resolved, operation failed!

I cannot let my outlook resolved my username! always
says "the name cannot be resolved, operation failed"
when I assigning the outlook to an exchange server.
I checked TCP/IP setting, DNS .... almost everything.
I can ping my exchange server using hostname, that means
connection has no problem.

what else? any idea will be great appreciated!

by the way, when I checked event log it says:
System Error 1789 has occurred. The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed.

Are you sure you are logged onto the network correctly????

Are the network username and exchange account matching????

Checked aliases? Might be a good idea to substitute with user name.
