The memory could not be written

I need some help regarding an error that shows everytime I reboot the server ( 2003). This is the error:

the installation at "0x0155017b" referenced memory at "0x8156bed0" The memory could not be written

Any idea why is doing this. I been told that there is spyware located on the server but after I ran Spybot on it it found small stuff. Please help.Thank you in advance

get hold of and run adaware, check your antivirus and get it up to date...

i dont think it's a hardware thing, but try changing your memory, just to be sure

if its not broken, fix it anyway - with luck you might break it and have an excuse

It's not a hardware issue.
Check your security settings.
