Description:
The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer CLIENT_MACHINE that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{BD4582A3-F8B0-4. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at Data:

MS states this is due to the forwarding of UDP packets at the Router...the odd thing is that the CLIENT_MACHINE is a random machine in the netowrk. There are no subnets set up. Anyone able to confirm the MS KB or any otehr ideas?

There are many possible causes. One case I had is that there are two DHCP servers in one subnet and assigned different masks. This link with case study may help

Even ID 8003 - The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer <computer name> that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport <Card #>.
