The IIS Admin Service service terminated unexpectedly

The subject is the description of the Event that i got from the Event Viewer.This is the 3-rd time that i have the same problem.Every 5-6 days i got this message.When the service is stopped,i restarted it and again after about 5 days is stopped.I restarted the server but the same result.I have also installed and Exchange 2000 server on Windows 2000 server and when IIS stops,Exchange 2000 also stops ).
Any suggestions?

recycle tool is great for hanging IIS.

on exchange matters are a bit worse, if you do an iisreset on the iis, the information store doesnt allways come up again.
maybe you could set up a bat file with "net start information store" and make it run if event "recycle iis" happens
