The Ica Client 16 Bit installed on Windows 2000 Pro is faster than the original Client 32 Bit in any Version.

The cuestion is :
Can we use it ?
Is it Saffety or sure toOur Purpose?
Is Really Windows 2000 Pro supporting my 32 Bit Plataform?

Yes you can use it - although I'm a bit baffled as to why it seems faster. An ICA client is an ICA client at the end of the day. Maybe the 16-bit client has different default settings - it's been ages since I used it.
Yes it's safe - can't remember what levels of encryption it supports, but it's as secure as the 32-bit version at the same encryption level.
Windows 2000 Pro is a 32-bit operating system. Again, I'm amazed at the difference - are you using NTFS or FAT? How much RAM does the Workstation have?

Hope this helps
