The GridView control - does it exist yet?

I'm reading about it on msdn:

But I'm not sure it it is in visual studio 2003...

Has anyone used this, and if so, is it vastly superior to the old datagrid?

Also, how can I get it, and is it safe to use in a production environment?

It's in the forthcoming VS.NET 2005.

Since it's in beta, I wouldn't use it in a production environment.
