The form required to view this message cannot be displayed??

Hi,

I am using Windows 2000 and Outlook 2000 (as part of Microsoft's Office 2000)

When I try to open any attachment (picture or forwarded email), I receive this error: The form required to view this message cannot be displayed – contact your administrator.

All the other computers here at work using Windows 200 and Outlook 2000 can open the attachment if I forward them the email and I can’t see any differences in any of the settings that I check.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Your frmcache.dat file may have become corrupted. You may want to try copying the file from one machine where it works to your machine. Or pull a copy off of the CD.
