Can someone tell me where I can find evidence on which one of these provides a sharper picture.

I was under the impression, that the lower the dpi/mm the sharper the picture (ie. .25 being the sharper picture) I may have .25DPI confused with .25MM or??

Can someone tell me where I can info (facts or supportive) on this?

thanks

I've never seen a spec like .25DPI. However, I have seen a dot pitch rating of .25MM before. The lower the dot pitch, the more pixels that can be displayed on the screen. It's telling you that the space a pixel takes up is .25MM (millimeters).

Of course, the smaller the dot (pixel), the more pixels you'll have which yields a "sharper" picture!
