I have tried various solutions to arranging sub reports in a main report and having only those with data appear, without having large nasty spaces all over the place.

It seems to be ok using the can shrink property, however, I still need to know how I can make sure that only sub reports that contain data show, whilst the others disappear as if never there:)

Please help.

I have been told to affect the onCurrent property on the main form, however, I have not found the onCurrent property- where do I find this? It is not in events tab, and what do I put there when I find it?

Thanks
