The best way to work with TAO from Perl

Is there an easy and stable way to interconnect TAO with perl ?
If there is no such way then probably someone can advice some other freeware ORB with the following properties
(ordered by importance):
1. stability
2. robustness
3. support for Linux, Win32, SunOS
4. support for C++, perl, java
5. easy to use and configure
5. compact

Leading-edge features are not important...
