The Almanac Mystery

In the Read Me file for Sidekick 95 there is the following cryptic paragraph:-
"* Moon phases in the Information Almanac are computed using the Metonic cycle of 19 years. They may vary within a day of astronomical observations."

I've used Sidekick 2,Sidekick 95 and Sidekick 99 for years - but I've never come across this feature. It's not mentioned in any help file either.Anyone out there know how to get to it?

Internet Sidekick and Sidekick98 too:
In EarthTime View
Right-Click on a City and choose:
Facts about the City and then view the other Tab called surprisingly:
Almanac.

In Sidekick99 it's not there, you can only select
Modify facts about the City
