Hi i was infected with a virus yesterday so i would like to thank all of the suggestions that i recieved. And here is a tip for fellow users if you have to computers and one is completly screwed up by a virus just send all of the files you want to keep to the other computer using a serial file transfer cable that way when you have to reformat the infected one you can simply bring back your old files that you want to keep.

It might be a tip, but it is a good way to get re-infected.A better way is to set restore points periodically and backup any essential files. If you already have the virus unless the files are checked for a virus when you bring them back you could possibly be bringing the virus back and if you view them on the other machine possibly infesting that one as well.

Yeah you have a great point i wish i would have done it before actually i should have but i forgot to mention that i actually removed the virus completly off my system but it had screwed up my system registry and this is the only fix i could come across.
