TFTP Server

I down loaded Solar Winds Free Tftp server to my laptop. It pulls loopback 127.0.0.1. However when installed on my other PC it pulls 192.*.*.*

Being free, solarwinds isn't much help.

How do you change the 127.*.*.* to a valid address so I can reflash my router????

The reason it is saying 127.0.0.1 is probably because your Ethernet interface on your laptop isn't up. The TFTP server should bind to any Network interface with IP, the software loopback interface being one of them. Just plug a network cable into your laptop and re-start the TFTP server.
