TFTP Port 69 Issue 2

I am trying to use SolarWinds TFTP, upon trying to execute, I get a popup window

" Cannot start TFTP Server, A TFTP Server is already running on Port 69"

anyone have a fix for this ? I did a netstat and I don't show any type of TFTP Service running on any ports.

appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I would do an AntiViral and AntiMalware scan, first...

if I remember right, the Zotob Worm used Port 69...

Is the Solar winds software running as a service?

When it is running as a service, you have to stop it, before the app will work.

If you want to run it as a service, but change it's settings, here is what to do.

Stop the service. Launch the app.
Click on settings
Change the settings here.
Ok and test.
If ok, exit.
Restart the service.
