TFTP 6506 HPOV....(!)

Hello,
Im running HP Openview on a win 2000 box - and have 2 6506 switches.
Basically when I run HP OV I cannot tftp a CATOS image from my switch. Im running Cisco TFTP server on the PC - and routers can transfer files to and from it fine.
But the switch times out...
When I do the same thing on a box without HPoV it seems fine...
ideas ?

Possible that HPOV seizes control of port 69 although mine doesn't (NNM). Also possible there is another conflict between the software packages. Try another tftp srvr. My favorite is tftpd32. It's tini tiny and has never hickuped on me, something I can't say for Cisco's.
