TForm bsSizeable with biHelp?

Hi folks,

Is there any way to have a sizeable form (main menu) which can display on its titlebar the help button? That is, a titlebar with 4 buttons: help, minimize, maximize and close.

I would like to open the user's guide (pdf file) when the user clicks <?>.

I don't think it is possible with Delphi's standard forms:

From the Delphi 7 helpfile:

biHelp	If BorderStyle is bsDialog or biMinimize and biMaximize are excluded, a question mark appears in the form's title bar and when clicked, the cursor changes to crHelp; otherwise,no question mark appears.
