Draw the two textboxes, then with the Item tool selected (the first tool, with four arrows), click on one of the textboxes and select Edit > Cut. Now select the content tool (the hand) and click somewhere within the other text box. Edit > Paste, and there you have it! You can also use picture boxes in this way too, very useful for keeping images in specific places within a block of text.
