Hi, I have two forms School and Presentation.
It is 1 to many relationship, so 1 school can have more than 1 Presentation.
Within the Presentation, there is text box for PresentationID. I would like to change it to drop down list so that all the PresentationID within 1 School shows. And Also to change other values within the Presentation forms when I click on one othe value in PresentationID drop down.
Can somebody help me?

right click on the "presentation" textbox and select "change to" and then "combobox" from the lsit. set the rowsource (in the properties window) to your presentation feild, but add criteria for the "school" side of the relationship requiring that the presenations are only shown for the "school" you have selected on your form. (you can use the expression builder for this, just go to the criteria cell in the query builder under your school feild (by the way, set it's total property to "where" and it's shown property to "false") and right click for the expression builder to show up on the right-click menu. select your form and your feild where the school's name is coming from and try it out the next time you open the form. you should have a combobox dynamically limited by the choice of school the user has made.
