Hello all:

I created a toolbar using VFP toolbar class. In the toolbar I've included a number of objects among them a textbox. The problem I'm seeig is that you are not able to write in the textbox. Is this the way it works???

TIA,

Carlos

I've never tried it, but I remember one of the "special" cases of the toolbar (as opposed to a docking window) is the toolbar will never keep focus (I think I remember this from the VFP help for VFP7).

What version of VFP are you on? Maybe you could just use a docking window instead.

Hi,
In my experience you should be able to write into the textbox.
I created a toolbar by code with textbox.
That textbox displays rec# and you can put in a rec# to jump to.
