Text rollover/click to put text in separate table 1

I have a series of text links. I want them to do two things:

1. On click - Put image in iframe (okay)
2. On rollover(or click) - Put a few sentances of text in a separate cell/table.

How can I do #2 of this question?? Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Cant you put the text content in a div and swap it onClick along with the image?

I am not too familiar with div tags. Can you show an example or tutorial of this?

OnMouse Over-> 'Set Text of layer' behavior is what you are after

Thanks! Thats exactly what I'm looking for, I dont have to worry about iframes this way because i can use the image swap behavior.

My only question is would my page still be search engine friendly by using the set text layers behavior?

they should as it is only text.
you can test this by creating a single page with nothing but the layer in question and perhaps create a robots.txt to invite engines...let the page float arround and see if the content is picked up.
