Text Over Image 1

Can I or how do I get text on an image like a GIF or whatever.
When I make a text box insert the text then move it onto/into an image the text disappears

It's called Ignore Text Wrap

Right click or Control+Click on you text frame with the Black arrow tool. Select
Text Frame Options then click on Ignore Text Wrap, it's in the bottom left hand corner of Text Frame Option Window.
